Management Team

Henry Dominik: Founder & CEO
Henry started his first software company in 1981 and since then has founded, built and run a number of successful, multi-national software companies. He co-founded the Lodge Group in 1995, followed by the banking systems and analytics company Aleri Inc in 1998 where he was CEO and Chairman until 2004. Henry was formerly Chairman of Live Exchange, and is currently a non executive director of two other Blue chip companies.

Henry founded Anylabs® in 2002, he is a 7 year veteran of using social media and technology to build digital relationships for businesses, organizations, and individuals.

Prior to these roles in the media and events space, Henry had delivered sophisticated software products for financial institutions, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and other industries. He is a Certified Linux Professional, MSc Enteprise Software Engineering, Bsc Computer Science, Sun Certified Java Programmer, Microsoft Certified Professional, and CompTia A+ Professional... Phew!

Rachid Amouche: Chief Scientist
Rachid has a strong background in growing start-up companies in the business information space and in commercializing technology. He was previously the VP Analysis & Consulting at Library House, a business information and research company, which he helped grow from seven to over 50 employees within four years.

Previously, Rachid worked on the development of clean technology. He has invented, patented, developed, licensed, and published on water purification technology during his time at the University of Cambridge, from which he holds a PhD.

Valentine Obih
Valentine manages Anylabs's enterprise software engineers. He leads a team responsible for software production, testing, product development and customer support. Prior to joining Anylabs, Valentine was senior software developer of the perryLab software development team, a provider of multimedia search and content management software. Valentine also founded and developed open2blog's , a blog repository for intellectual content.

He came to perryLab from the department of Mathematic, where he spent several years in applied Mathematics on software engineering. Prior to that, Valentine was an associate in BCS (British Computer Society) in London. He started his career in enterprise software systems development and integration in the London of plyhack (formerly a java forum and enthusiast)

Eric Flint: CTO, Strategy and Technology
Eric has over 20 years of experience in software development, including unstructured data, advanced database architectural concepts, functional languages/vector processing, artificial intelligence/machine learning and real-time data warehousing environments. Eric is the former head of UBS Credit Risk Management and was subsequently CTO, co-founder and board member of Aleri Inc.

Eric is a graduate of New York University with degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics. He is an author of a number of papers and patents in the field of vector processing and distributed, real-time computing.

Razaq Audu: CFO
Razaq is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant specializing in the growth and financial management of technology companies. He has held finance directorships with William Baird, WPP, PIPS Technology, DFDS and Ubi Soft Entertainment. He has also held both executive and non-executive directorships in both commercial and financial roles within the technology industry, including Mega Limited and Cable and Wireless.

Razaq now specializes in overall financial and corporate governance, financing and M&A activity.

Ye Zhenning: Research & Development
Zhenning guides Anylabs® research and development efforts and strengthens Anylabs® solutions offerings, particularly for the company's core data integration product line. He has more than 8 years of development experience in the enterprise software, having served as Chief Technology Officer at Onyxtic Software where he accelerated the company's time-to-market through technology innovation and effective development process.
